At Claudy Beats, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every beat or product you purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.



1. Digital Product Policy

All beats and other products sold on https://www.claudybeats.com are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a product is delivered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.



2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
  • Download Issues: If you are unable to download your purchase due to a technical issue on our end, we will work with you to resolve it or issue a refund if we cannot.

3. License Agreement Compliance

Refunds will not be granted due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of the licensing terms
  • Improper use or inability to use the files due to user error

Please ensure you read all product and licensing information carefully before making a purchase.



4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue, you will be permanently banned from purchasing from Claudy Beats in the future. We take fraud seriously and will dispute any fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider.
